Dr. Edwards began his career with General Motors Corporation in human resource management and has enjoyed a number of challenging assignments as Group Manager for Organization Development and Training, Regional Operations and Human Resource Director with Fortune 500 companies such as Chrysler Motors, PepsiCo, Gannett Publishing Company and the Constellation Energy Group. With more than 25 years of experience, he holds a Doctor of Psychology degree in Organization Development and Consulting Psychology from the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University. Dr. Edwards is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is certified through the Society for Human Resource Management.
