Founded as Balboa College in 1924, Alliant's 85 years of service and education includes the legacies of Balboa College, Cal Western University, United States International University, the California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant University and Alliant International University. More than 75,000 alumni from around the world call Alliant International University their alma mater. All contributions to the "85 for 85 Fund" will be designated to the areas identified as having the greatest or most critical need at Alliant. Because these gifts are unrestricted, they give the university flexibility to address specific priorities or initiatives and take advantage of unexpected opportunities as they arise.
